Build kites (Riverdeep's Classroom Flyer, May 14th)

Learn all about pattern, repetition, shape, and design with these special
kites--great for an end-of-school year art project with your upper
elementary students.

Posters to download
----------------------
NASA has designed a page where you can download some wonderful posters in
color, together with .pdf pages with ideas of how to use them in class.
http://teacherlink.ed.usu.edu/tlnasa/pictures/poster.html
If you have a color printer, you can chose:
- to print those posters as large as you can and decorate your classroom
with it.
- to print transparencies and work on them with a whole class.
- to make folders for your students, and have them work autonomously on
them individually, in pairs or in teams. They will then present their work
to the class orally, or you can organise activities of picture description
with the students sitting back to back and trying to guess what the other's
picture looks like.
Thanks to Claude Covo Farchi who pointed at the address on eTeachNet.
