The following eight barons were signatories to the letter, but their seals were not appended.

 

Robert FitzRoger

Robert FitzRoger, died 1310, appears in The Falkirk Roll, H5; The Caerlaverock Poem, K12; The Camden Roll, D89; St George's Roll, E49 & Charles' Roll, F94, where he bears

Quarterly or and gules overall a bend sable

 

Roger la Warre

Roger la Warre, or de la Ware, died 1320, appears in The Caerlaverock Poem, K23 & The Camden Roll, D158, where he bears

Gules crusilly and a lion rampant argent

His father, John de la Ware bears the same arms in St George's Roll, E164

 

John de Riparis

John de Riparis or Rivers, appears in The Falkirk Roll, H95 & The Caerlaverock Poem, K38, where he bears

Lozengy or and gules

There is also a John Rivers who appears in St George's Roll, E202, and who bears

Gules six lozenges or

It is likely that these are the same person, since the dictinction between the field lozengy and a stated number of lozenges was not significant at the time

 

Ralph Pipard

Ralph Pipard appears in The Falkirk Roll, H110; St George's Roll, E247 & Charles' Roll, F177, where he bears

Argent two bars and on a canton azure a cinquefoil or

 

John Engayne

John Engayne, died 1322, appears in The Falkirk Roll, H65; The Caerlaverock Poem, K44 & The Galloway Roll, GA134, where he bears

Gules crusilly a fess dancetty or

Nicholas de Engayne, also died 1322, appears in The Galloway Roll, GA135, where he bears

Gules crusilly a fess dancetty or a label azure

It is likely that Nicholas was the son of John, given that they appear consecutively in the Galloway Roll and that Nicholas bears the arms with a label. It may be a coincidence that the date of both their deaths is that of the Battle of Boroughbridge.

 

John ApAdam

John ApAdam, died 1311, appears in The Falkirk Roll, H74, where he bears

Argent on a cross gules five mullets or

 

Nicholas de Segrave

Nicholas de Segrave, died 1321, appears in The Falkirk Roll, H11; The caerlaverock Poem, K15 & The Stirling Roll, ST7, where he bears

Sable a lion rampant argent crowned or a label gules

John Segrave, died 1325, bears the arms without the label in The Falkirk Roll, H7; The Caerlaverock Poem, K16 & The Stirling Roll, ST37

Sable a lion rampant argent crowned or

Henry de Segrave, died 1318, adds a bend in The Stirling Roll, ST6

Sable a lion rampant argent crowned or overall a bendlet gules

Simon de Seagrave, the brother of Henry, has a bend of a different tincture in The Stirling Roll, ST8

Sable a lion rampant argent crowned or overall a bendlet of the third

and Steven de Segrave, the son of Henry, bears the lion charged with a fleur de lis in The Stirling Roll, ST38.

Sable a lion rampant argent crowned or charged on the shoulder with a fleur de lis gules

 

 

John de Lisle

John de Lisle, died 1304, appears in St George's Roll, E98, where he bears
