After various roles held in software
development as software developer, software architect,
project manager for Euriware, AT&T, Alcatel, I took
early 2003 the responsibility of EAI
developments at Swisscom Mobile,
where I manage several integration projects. Before this
assignment, I was managing the software development department of Alcatel
Optics in
this mixed commercial and project management role and in a difficult economical
context, I
learnt to “achieve more with less”: I doubled the productivity of the team in
one year.
In the last 6 years, and by reverse order of

In 2004, managed from specification to deployment the
integration of a new revenue
collection system based on SAP R/3 with Billing (BSCS) and CRM (SIEBEL)
systems.
The solution was delivered in 9 months on time (Swisscom Mobile)

In 2001/2002, managed from commercial negotiation to

negotiation, sales and management of the development of a network data
export application for a large customer. The software (C++) was delivered on
time and within budget
§ 7/2001 – 11/2001: Rolled out a new
set of quality procedures, simpler and better suited. The
department was audited in October 2001 and the ISO9001/2000 certification was
granted in July 2002.
§ 7/2001 – 9/2002: Commercial
negotiation, sales and management of the development of a TL1/Q3
mediation for the Alcatel 1353SH. Despite two budget cuts in 12
months, the software (C++) was
delivered in line with the specification and with a final budget 30% below the
initial estimation.
§ 9/2002 – 12/2002: Similar work for
another customer. Functional extensions to the TL1 interface.
