Plus précisément, la photo N° 11 montre la salle de bain avec vue sur la mer. Cette salle de bain
avec lavabo, WC et bidet a une baignoire d'angle. Elle appartient à la chambre avec grand lit de 160x200.
L'autre chambre à grand lit (140x190) communique avec une salle de douche équipée de lavabo, WC et
douche.
L'une des deux chambres avec lits individuels est à côté de cette salle de douche. L'autre,
en rez-de-jardin jouxte une salle de bain avec deux lavabos, une baignoire et un WC.
La maison est couverte entirement par Wifi. Le locataire est prié de se munir de son téléphone portable.
La salle à manger et la salle de séjour sont climatisées.
La piscine est ouverte de la fin mai à la fin octobre

Pendant cette période, le Kwh du compteur de nuit sera compté au prix coûtant de 0,1 Euro/Kwh. Le Kwh du compteur de jour sera compté au prix coûtant de 0,15 Euro/Kwh. Notez que l'eau est chauffée automatiquement pendant la nuit. Chaque chambre dispose de son radiateur électrique indépendant. Les compteurs sont relevés par la personne qui accueille en présence du locataire à l'arrivée et au départ. Le wifi est opérationnel dansla villa. Le locataire est invité à utiliser son téléphone mobile.
Conditions de location
1 Des arrhes s'élevant à 25 % sont versées en engagement de la location et le reste à l'entrée.
2 Une caution de 1500 EURO (non encaissée) est versée à l'entrée. Elle est restituée après la location sauf s'il y a des réparations ou
du nettoyage à facturer. Ces frais seront alors déduit de la caution avant restitution.
3 Le linge est mis à la disosition du locataire.
Les grands lits font respectivement 160x200 et 140x190. Les 4 lits jumeaux font 90x190.
4. Le coût du nettoyage n'est pas compris dans la location. Si le locataire ne souhaite pas faire le nettoyage lui-même avant son départ, mais le faire faire, on peut lui obtenir une femme de ménage. Le coût en est alors fixé forfaitairement à 100 Euros.
Le barbecue demande à être nettoyé. Si un nettoyage est nécessaire à la sortie du locataire, le coût en sera de 50 Euros.
5. Les locataires arrivent un samedi à partir de 16 heures et partent un samedi à 10 heures. L'accueil ne peut pas être assuré après 20 heures. Exceptionnellement l'hôtesse pourra attendre jusqu'à 21 heures mais elle sera alors gratifiée de 20 Euros pour cette attente.
In a residential area of St-Aygulf with a 145-degree panoramic view on the sea to the east over the Bay of Saint Raphaël up to Dramont Cape, in a 1200 m2 land. The villa has a main terrace (50 m2) lined with balustrade in front of house, the garden is planted with trees, rosemary lavenders and flowers. It is within 10 minutes walking from several beaches on the French Riviera and from shops.
This villa, whose fenced garden is bordered by a quiet avenue, faces the Saint Raphaël bay. Though its design is modern, this mediterranean-style villa has much character thanks to its roman
tiles and its exposed beams. It takes 10 minutes from it to reach the Grand Boucharel beach by narrow alleys and footpaths. A pedestrian walkway runs across the national road RN98 that runs
along the seashore. The villa offers a panoramic view on the sea (145 degrees) that stretches to the top of Cape of Esterel. The living room has a picture window in front and a French window
on the side that opens onto the terrace, which covers an area of 550 square feet. it is tiled with ceramic and is bordered with a balustrade. The kitchen and the dining-room give access to an upper
terrace that covers an area of 264 square feet and has a panoramic view too. This villa, which covers an area of 2050 square feet, can accomodate 8 people, has 4 bedrooms, one showerroom, three
lavatories and an equipped kitchen (with a fridge, an oven, a range hood, a toaster, a micro-wave oven, a dishwasher), a washing-machine, a satellite TV. The quality of these services is good.
The villa is set up on an area that covers 14200 square feet. Several cars can be parked in a drive that runs along the upper side of the villa.
It takes 20 minutes to go by bus to Saint Aygulf from the Saint-Raphaël railway station. It takes 5 hours to go to Saint-Raphaël from Paris, gare de Lyon. If you go by car, you have to use the A8-E80
highway that you leave at exit 37 where fréjus is indicated. Further on, you have to take the RN98, a seashore road, and head towards Sainte Maxime/Saint Tropez.
The resort of St-Aygulf is shaded by pines, cork and holm oaks; from the beach of fine sand, fringed with rocks, there is an attractive view of Fréjus Bay and Les Issambres. St-Aygulf is a short distance from many medieval villages and historic sites such as Roquebrune-sur-Argens, Fayence, Seillans,... St-Aygulf is 5 kms away from Fréjus, a village founded by Julius Cesar in 49 B.C. Octavian made it an important naval base where he built the galleys which wan the battle of Actium against Cleopatra and Antony. St-Aygulf abuts on St-Raphaël, another daughter of Rome. The large seafront of St-Raphaël shows a great activity stimulated by the cafés and shops. There are boat trips from St-Raphaël to St-Tropez, Port-Cros, Iles de Lérins. Valescure is an aristocratic extension of St-Raphaël, famous for its golf in a tranquil and mild climate. Cannes, Mougins and Valauris are about 40 kms away from St-Aygulf, by highway A 8-E 80. The magnificient Corniche de l'Estérel links up St-Raphaël and Cannes. It looks out over a beautiful view with the blood-red porphyry rocks against the cobalt blue of the sea ( French Riviera, Michelin Tourist Guide). There are three bedrooms on the main floor. Two of them with a double bed (160x200 cms and 140x 190 cms respectively), one wih a bathroom, the other with a shower-room, each for one couple. The third one has two single beds (90x190) and is close to the shower-room. On the
garden floor below, accessible by the inside, there is a room with two single beds and a bathroom.
More precisely, photo N° 11 shows the bathroom with view on the sea. That bathroom with a washbasin, toilet and bidet has a corner bathtub. It belongs to the room with queen-size bed (160x200 cms). Communicating with the other room with large bed (french bed, 140x190 cms) is a shower room with a washbasin, toilet and shower. One of the two single
beds rooms is next to that shower room. The other on the garden floor is next to a bathroom with two washbasins, a bath (tub) and toilet.

During those periods, the Kwh for the night counter will be charged at the rate of 0,1 Euro/Kwh. The Kwh for the day counter will be charged at the rate of 0,15 Euro/Kwh. Notice that water is automatically warmed during the night. Every room has its separate electric heater. You will read the meters together with the house caretaker at your arrival and when you leave.
there is a free Wifi in the villa. The renter is invited to use a cell phone or to go to a public phone during his stay in the villa.
Rental requirements
1 A non-refundable deposit of 25 % will be paid at the time a booking is made
and the balance will be settled up when entering the villa.
2 A refundable damage deposit of 1500 EURO is required at the date booked. It is returned unless repairs or cleaning. In such case the invoices would then be presented.
3 Linens are provided.
Sizes of the large beds are respectively 160x200 cms and 140x190 cms.
Dimensions of the four twin beds are of 90x190 cms.
4. Cost of cleaning is not included. If a renter wishes not to do the cleaning himself but to have the villa cleaned before departure, he can be recommended a cleaning lady. The cost of it will then be contractually of 100 Euros.
The barbecue needs to be cleaned. If it still needs to be cleaned when the tenant leaves, 50 dollars will be required for the work.
5 Renters will arrive from 4 PM on a Saturday and leave by 10 AM on a Saturday. Renters cannot arrive after 8 PM. Exceptionally,the house caretaker can wait one more hour until 9 PM but she needs then to be paid 20 Euros for that extra hour.

The view over the bay of St. Raphaël, the sunrises and sunsets, the ambience, the possibility of buying from the open air markets everyday, the fabulous pastries and breads, the "Provence" behind our backs, the charming restaurants in the hilltowns all added to our delights.
