A simple Fairbankslike banjo

The neck was made out of mahogany on a 11in vintage English rim. The good heavy tension hoop was broken and repared (near its connection with the the rim)
With steel strings, an old and thick calfskin head and gear pegs, it is a simple, reliable and nice sounding banjo. Not loud but deep sound.
