THE AIRCRAFT : CIRRUS SR22 #162

Sophie and Denis Parienté have been operating N842CD, a 2002 SR22, since August 2004.
She is based in Toussus-le-Noble, LFPN, near Paris.
She is an "antique" six pack "steam gauges" Cirrus without PFD but we love the HSI Sandel and the back up CDI. It's a fantastic IFR platform.
This aircraft comes with a lot of safety features :
the TAS Skywatch, the Garmin Terrain Awareness System and the Stormscope WX500.Thanks to the Aerox oxygen system we can fly at 17500 ft, the SR22 Service Ceiling, over quite most of bad weather in our latitudes.
The Cirrus Airframe Parachute System (CAPS) is not the least security feature in this aircraft ; it provides security and peace-of-mind in the event of a serious in-flight emergency.
