About thirty centimeters high, Pseudorchis albida is rather discreet likely due to its small and pale flowers.

Flowers are whitish-yellow and very close to each other in the spike, they bear a clearly three-toothed lip.

It can generally be found in altitude (Alps or Pyrenees) in fresh lawns where it blooms from June to August.
