1 - The pollinator fell into the lip   2 - The only exit, less slippy, is at the back of the labellum where pollinia are located
     
 
3 - The insect extricates itself by this narrow hole and pollinia stick on its back
     
 
4 - The pollinator completely got out of the lip, it carries one pollinia and it is now ready to take off towards another flower   This other bee is large and can get out of the labellum directly without taking pollinia
