Our Slippring Starter work on the principal of a magnetic amplified resistance which is directly dependant of the rotor current frequency.

The goal is to maintain a constant motor torque during a start, to have this it is necessary to keep constant the active componante of the rotor current, so to reduce the starter resistance with the increasing motor speed.

Our Slippring Starter respond exactly and naturally to this requirement without any external control or mouving parts.

The control and variation of the required resistance in serie with the rotor is done with the rotor current frequency so directly by the motor speed.
