Passages A Treasure Trove of North American Exploration

Passages is provided by the National Library of Canada. The site features European voyages and explorations in North American from Christopher Columbus's Atlantic crossing in 1492 to Roald Amundsen's exploration of the Northwest Passage in 1905. Visitors to this site can browse alphabetically by the explorer's name or chronologically. Each entry summarizes the life of the explorers and their voyages and discoveries.
