Within limits you may use the new Eva:R characters in your own creations, but we ask that you acknowledge the copyrights (see [0:2]) and follow our (not that strict) guidelines. As far as anything else goes, anything that you can do that makes Eva:R better is welcome!

That last bit's our question to you, what can you do? ;) Seriously, if you think you can contribute anything to Eva:R (like being daft enough to maintain an FAQ for a fanfic ;) please get in touch. There are some submission guidelines on the web site.
Also remember that this IS one of the points of the mailing list ;) (see [4:0:5]).

Yes. Some people have already done so (see [3:3]). Asking first makes it all much happier though.
As a rule Maher does not read other fanfics, to avoid accidental plagiarism. But the rest of us will read, and tell you what we think (oh yes! ;). You may use the characters in your own writings as you please...

...but there are limits. And one of them is this: NO LEMONS! Emphatically not. Uh-uh. Not a hope. De nada. Nix, sunshine. No non nein neit nongo. Not even if you're the reincarnation of Anais Nin.
Seriously, please don't, this is our choice and we're sticking by it. Please respect the creator's decision. Besides, does it generally MATTER who's in a lemon? >;) On second thoughts, don't answer that...
And to all those who are crying "But there's a lesbian scene between Misato and Seyoku in Neon Genesis South Park!" (see [3:3]) we say only this: It's a SPOOF. :P

Yes, and it is encouraged! In fact, there's already an Aoi shrine which can be found at http://www.wsu.edu/~menagh/aoi/index.html. Just remember the NO HENTAI (in BIG letters) rule, and please note the copyrights involved (see [0:2]).

Yes. The following list contains all known fanfics based (to some extent! ;) on the Eva:R and Eva:R' continuities. All files are .TXT format unless otherwise stated.
Please note that currently many of these links are broken, and we have not been able to find where else they are archived. If you know of any working links, please let us know!
Subi would also like to state that the inclusion of a fic in this list is not an endorsement, nor is it a review. It his not his business to force his opinion on others, he leaves that to the professionals (EFRS and SEELE). Having read them all he can say that some are good, some are bad, some are excellent, some had the vomit leaking through his fingers, and one or two left him with the words "DJ" and "Croft" nailed to his fontal lobes for the next couple of days... ;)
