Note on the 2007 figures
The figures of Tiger reserves are those considered safe. (counting with photos or footprints).
The figures of the state are adding the Tigers reserves and an assessment of sanctuaries and other areas.
The difference with previous counts is that tigers have completely disappeared from areas not "protected"
On the other hand, a 1 / 4 Tiger reserves did not give their figures (?). All in all we arrive at a
figure similar between the total tiger reserves and the total of the states.
--- READ -----> Note about Numbers 2010
In 2010, an increase of 30% is due to the presence of tigers outside the parks.
In 2007, we were told that declining enrollment was due to the nonexistence of tigers outside the parks ??!!!
In addition, the area conducive to tigers has decreased by 20% in 3 years
