Music : the main reason while I'm still doing fine.

The Others : It's not just the band, it's the community spirit. Access the forum from there, and discover all the 853's  blogs (Joel and all...the others!)

The Mardous : if you haven't got their single, just get it, help them get a LP deal, visit their various pages, they're ace and their music is too !

The Electric Cinema  : great music, nice blokes. Give them your vote.

The New Shapes : yet another brilliant new London Band.

The Knaves : apparently I am their first French fan.

N.M.E : loads of news, not always up-to-date.

Sound of Violence :  Don't let the title fool you : if I tell you the subtitle is "L'actualité du rock britannique", you know it's where I should be working.

The Violets : Check their myspace page and start from there. Maybe you'll get lost in 'myspace' too.

Babyshambles : where's Pete now ? News, exclusive downloads, and link to the bizarre babyshambles forum.

Demago : oh yeah, there's a French band there. Because Jeremie plays in it and he plays football with us on sunday. But more to the point because they're very good !

Labrador records : nice indie label from Sweden. Mail order with cash ! Home of the Radio Dept. That's enough to warrant a link here. Check the lovely video for Pulling our Weight. Actually, this is the sweetest record label ever created. Top top top stuff.

Celestial : just another nice swedish band. Andreas sounds like a really nice chap.

AMG  (All Music Guide) : encyclopedic about many bands. There's a few gaping holes though.

Friends : most of them don't have websites, but a few of them do.

Dan  is Australian, but he's currently going travelling from the most western point in Ireland eastwards to Canada (in a not-at-all straight way). Check his page, and add him to your friends, he'll be well chuffed !

Induxia : have you seen how rubbish my site is ? Well, these people make professional sites. If you mean business, just check them.

Fantasy FC : Premier League Fantasy Football, absolutely free courtesy of Induxia indeed. And you can win pints from the Auld Alliance.

Fiona Ellis : photos of her travels.

Gaby : she lives near Nice where it's boring and the bands don't play (so she says). She also hosts a French website about the Dead 60s.

Live Souvenirs : Karim goes to loads of gigs, takes photos, records bootlegs. And trades them.

Proud Galleries: many interesting exhibitions in this gallery

John McC : is a great guy.

Wren Books : Attended to by James Care, Welsh Southampton fan (if that doesn't put you off...)

Interknit : You'll feel comfortable in these hand knitted treats. You can't beat a "beige cotton lattice work funnel sleeved sweater" really, can you?

Apti Renov' : Christophe B. used to work with me, he's now completely changed of field. In his own words : APTI RENOV' est une entreprise d'aménagement, de décoration et de rénovation-installation de salles de bains, qui s'adresse d'abord à l'habitat des particuliers.

Arsenal : the greatest club in the entire history of Football Association.

Arsenal.com : the official site.

Arsenal World : the best no-nonsense site (with links to loads of nonsensical news)

Arseblog : my morning read at work, sums up all you need to know every day  about AFC news. Links to loads of other AFC related stuff, interesting point of view with a slice of real-life helpings and opiniated rants. This is from an Irish Gooner currently living in Barcelona. Fact.

ANR  (Arsenal News Review) : Myles Palmer's rants on Arsenal and many other things.

Goodplaya.com : if you really need more sites...

Online Shopping : I shouldn't really do this but....

Play.com, usually cheaper than your standard French record shop. Especially handy for British Comedy DVDs when you live in France.

Sister Ray : P&P makes it a little too expensive, but if you're not in London, this site may be helpful to get a few singles.

Selectadisc : no online shopping here, but just to point you to the shop next time you check Berwick St in Soho.

News :

The Independent : a decent paper. Just ignore James Lawton when he writes about Arsenal though.

BBC : A British Institution. Loads of Stuff.

This Is London : a.k.a. The Evening Standard on-line. Now here you'll find the latest news on Pete and Kate. And other shit.

Various :

MG-Rover.org : not the official site for the biggest British-owned car maker. The only one left really. Until Recently. R.I.P MG Rover.

If only Abramovitch bought them instead of Chavski, he could have won Le Mans, saved many jobs, and two years free warranty on my own car.

Dirtyclubber : points you to some decent clubs in Paris (Truskel et al.)

A.F.D.I.A.G : a very unknown disease, that can have dramatic endings.

British Comedy : an A-Z of British TV Comedy, although not always up to date.

Only Fools and Horses : Lovely Jubbly, hours of fun and hilarity. If you're feeling down, put your pills aside for a while and watch the Trotters act like plonkers running T.I.T. The BBC site's also got loads of stuff..
