SHOWS FOR SCHOOLS     SCHOOL WORKSHOPS     BILINGUAL SHOW

Flora takes children into a magical colourful world where dangers lurk, animals talk and gods leave the heavens to take up swords and play flutes!
Using dance, mime and humour legends from India and Asia come to life.
After watching an enthralling performance children are invited to enter an enchanted world where they use mime and hand gestures to tell amazing stories.
* Please note. Flora is bilingual. Her shows are in English.
However they can be in French or a mixture of French and English.

"Before the mesmerised eyes of the children stars flew out from her hands, then a tree, a flower... At the end of the show they were all miming with her!"
La Tribune, France

* WORKSHOPS AFTER THE SHOW
Flora Devi invites the children into an imaginary world through a guessing game: the children must guess the mudras (hand gestures) representing a bird, a flute, a fish.... They will then learn how to make them. And now is when the magic takes over. The children themselves make the birds fly, the fish dive and the snake bite in the new story which they will act out with Flora Devi.

* BILINGUAL ENGLISH-FRENCH SHOW
In her bilingual (English-French) show, Flora Devi’s very expressive mime captures the children’s imagination thus enabling them to understand the different stories. Since the two languages are interactive, the children do not lose their attention and the new language is easily assimilated.
