DVD Picture Show Its storage capacity is the most important (99 slide shows of 99 photos), moreover it allows to store in the same CD or DVD the pictures with original format.

Considering the used technology, slide shows have no fading effects but on the other hand that allows a better quality of picture.

For each picture of a slide show the set of duration is the same.

It is impossible add sound by picture only one for the whole slide show.

Magix Pictures to CD & DVD It is the most complete programs of creation of slide show.

Due to the video output format it allows fading effects and accepts video files.

In order to obtain a good quality of the pictures it is strongly recommended to create video CD in SVCD with its constraint which is a time of longer encoding.

With the files vidéos the sound is sometimes inaudible because of the quality sampling of the sound part.
Side Show Movie Maker Program less powerful than Magix Pictures to CD & DVD and requires many manual operations for the realization of a slide show.

The encoding is done on avi format.

To realize the video CD it is necessary to use a burning software as Nero.

For a free software it is remarkable.

The time of encoding is very long

The original pictures are stored in the same CD.

The mixing of videos and photos don't make any problem.

No possibilities to add fading effects, texts or sound.
